Welcome to Lisa's Nutrition Hub! I am excited you are here! I am Lisa Testolin, a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. I went into the Dietetics field after my grandfather died of a massive heart attack that could've been prevented with diet and lifestyle changes. I have also been caring for my daughter, who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 6. I am so passionate about sharing my practical nutrition knowledge with you so you can achieve an excellent quality of life. I treat the whole person not only with diet and nutrition but look at other factors that influence your overall health!
